Lamorbey Park Archers was inaugurated on July 11th 1958 as the Lamorbey Park Adult Education Centre Archers.Subsequently, the A.E.C. became known as The Rose Bruford College of Performance Arts (Theatre).The Club has celebrated its Golden Jubilee on July 13th 2008 with an open shoot inviting members of Clubs within the Kent Region to celebrate with us.
The Double Warwick shoot was a huge success and all present were awarded a commemorative pin badge and wood mounted plaque to mark the occasion.
The Club is affiliated to The Grand National Archery Society (G.N.A.S) the
Governing body of Archery,The Southern Counties Archery Society (S.C.A.S.) and the Kent Archery Association (K.A.A.)
Lamorbey Park Archers hold several Kent County shooting records.
